About this guide
How this guide checks what it tells you
Pocket Bok reads Springbok's public pages and its logged-out game lobby, writes down what each one says with the date it was read, and links that page beside the claim. When Springbok's pages disagree with each other, you see both versions instead of a guess.
Who runs Pocket Bok
Pocket Bok is an independent guide to using Springbok Casino on a phone. It is not Springbok Casino, it does not run any games, and it has no view into anyone's account. The site earns a commission through one affiliate link, which the affiliate disclosure explains in full.
Pages are published under the guide's name rather than personal bylines. There are no reviewer profiles here because nobody is offering a personal verdict: the job is to report what Springbok's own pages and lobby show, and to say plainly where they fall short.
Where the mobile facts come from
Every Springbok figure on this site sits in one shared register of facts. Each entry stores the exact page it came from and the day it was read, and the pages render the number from that register instead of typing it by hand. When a figure changes on Springbok's side, the register is updated once and every page follows.
What each topic is read from
- App and download
- Springbok's /mobile, /android-app, /mobile/android-casino-app and /download pages, plus its article on the mobile app
- Games on phones
- The live, logged-out lobby: game counts, the mobile-enabled flag and the official game tiles
- Codes and offers
- The promotions page and the T&Cs (version 1.6, effective 4 March 2026)
- Paying from a phone
- The banking page, with Springbok's articles quoted only as Springbok's own description
- Help and limits
- Springbok's responsible-gaming page, and the help services' own websites for phone numbers
How claims are labelled
Not every sentence on Springbok's website carries the same weight, so the guide keeps them apart:
- Read from the rules or the lobby. Wagering, caps, codes, deposit methods and game counts that appear on the T&Cs, the promotions or banking pages, or in the live lobby are stated directly, with the date.
- Springbok says. Lines that only appear in Springbok's marketing copy, such as one balance on every device, are written as Springbok's statement, never as a finding of this guide.
- Conflicting. Where two Springbok pages disagree, both appear side by side. The app question is the clearest case: an older page still describes an Android app while newer ones say there is none.
Phone steps describe features built into Chrome and Safari. Browser menus move between versions, so the steps name the feature, such as Add to Home screen, rather than the exact pixel where it sits on one model.
What Pocket Bok will not publish
- Scores, stars or any rating of Springbok Casino
- Jackpot amounts, winner names or player counts
- Reviews, quotes or stories from players, real or invented
- Countdown timers or pressure to sign up before an offer ends
- Guessed codes, or expired codes presented as working
- Download links for APK files or any other install file
Corrections
If something here no longer matches Springbok's own pages, email hello@springbokcasino.mobi with the page address and what changed. The fix goes into the register and the "Last checked" date moves forward. Questions about your account, your balance or a payment belong with Springbok: live chat in the lobby, or help@springbokcasino.co.za.
