Springbok Casino mobile not working? Fix it from your phone
When Springbok Casino is not working on your phone, start with the side you can fix yourself: the connection, the browser and its stored data. A reload, a browser update or clearing Springbok's site data sorts out most loading problems, and none of them touches your balance. Login and password trouble has its own help desk, linked further down.

Quick checks before anything else
Run through these in order; each takes seconds.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data once. A weak signal, or a work network with strict filters, can leave the lobby half-loaded.
Reload the page. If nothing changes, close the browser completely and open it again.
Close tabs you are not using. Casino games are heavy pages, and phones short of memory drop them first.
Make sure Desktop site is switched off. On a phone you want the mobile version of the lobby.
Update the browser and the phone's system software. Springbok says it runs in any modern browser but does not publish a minimum version.
Restart the phone, which frees up memory that a long day of apps has used.
Springbok games not loading on your phone
A game sits on the loading screen
Give it a minute on a slow connection: a game downloads its graphics the first time it opens. If the bar stops moving, close the game, go back to the lobby and open it again. Still stuck? Try the same game on Wi-Fi. If it loads there, the mobile signal is the problem, not the game.
If one game freezes every time on every network, clear Springbok's site data using the steps further down.
The game opens to a black or white screen
Common causes are a phone running short of memory for one heavy page, or an out-of-date browser. Close other tabs and apps, switch off Battery Saver or Low Power Mode, update the browser and reopen the game.
Video poker says it is no longer available on this platform
That message belongs to the desktop lobby. On desktop, Springbok's lobby shows a notice that the Flash version of its video poker is retired and that the games continue on mobile, where the HTML5 versions run (lobby, 9 October 2026).
If you see it on a phone, the browser is probably asking for the desktop site. In Chrome, open the three-dot menu and untick Desktop site. In Safari, tap the page-settings button in the address bar and choose Request Mobile Website.
The Live Dealer section is empty
Nothing is wrong with your phone. The lobby's Live Dealer menu listed 0 games on 9 October 2026, on phones and computers alike. Verified · 9 October 2026
The Tournaments tab shows nothing
Not a phone fault either. Some Springbok pages say slot tournaments run only in the old download casino, which newer pages say no longer exists, and when the lobby was checked on 9 October 2026 its Tournaments tab listed nothing to a logged-out visitor. Ask live chat whether one is running before you count on it.
Practice Mode has run out of fun money
Springbok says logged-out players get a one-off R1,000 practice (fun-money) balance that does not renew Operator claim · 9 October 2026. Springbok describes no top-up, so an empty practice balance is the end of the trial, not a fault.
Screen rotation and layout problems
Springbok does not list which of its games prefer landscape, so treat orientation as something to try per game rather than a fault to report.
The game will not turn sideways
Check the rotation lock first. On Android, pull down the quick settings and turn on Auto-rotate. On an iPhone, open Control Centre and switch off Portrait Orientation Lock, the padlock inside a circular arrow. Then turn the phone and give the game a second to redraw.
Buttons are cut off or the reels look squashed
Pinch out until the page is back at its normal size, because a zoomed-in page pushes game controls off the edge. If you enlarged text in the browser's accessibility settings, set it back to default while you play.
Clearing Springbok's cache without touching your account
Clearing site data removes the files your browser stored for Springbok, including old or damaged copies of game files. It signs you out of Springbok in that browser, but your balance is held in your Springbok account, not on the phone, so nothing is lost. Clear Springbok's data only, rather than everything, so other sites keep you signed in.
Chrome on Android
Open Chrome's three-dot menu and tap Settings.
Tap Site settings, then All sites.
Find the Springbok addresses, www.springbokcasino.co.za and lobby.springbokcasino.co.za, and open each one.
Tap the button that clears or deletes the site's data, and confirm.
Safari on iPhone and iPad
Open the Settings app, then Safari (under Apps on recent iOS).
Scroll to Advanced and tap Website Data.
Search for springbok, swipe left on each result and tap Delete.
With no minimum version published, the newest one is the target, for the browser and for the phone's system alike.
Where each browser gets its updates
Chrome on Android
Play Store: search for Chrome and tap Update if it shows
Samsung Internet
Galaxy Store or Play Store, the same way
Safari on iPhone and iPad
Updates with iOS: Settings, General, Software Update
Chrome on iPhone
App Store. It runs on the same WebKit engine as Safari, so the iOS update matters more
A phone that no longer updates
Newer games may struggle. A computer browser can stand in, except for video poker, which needs the phone
Payments and dropped connections
The cashier reloaded after I switched to my banking app
Phones short on memory reload tabs left in the background. Before you pay again, check your Springbok balance and your bank's transaction list so you do not pay twice. If the money left your bank but has not arrived, give live chat the time, the amount and the method; screenshots help.
The connection dropped in the middle of a round
Reconnect, reopen the lobby and check your balance before you play on, because how an interrupted round settles depends on the game. If something looks wrong, write to support straight away: Springbok's T&Cs give you one hour to dispute a game result in writing.
A code will not paste into Redeem Coupon
Long-press inside the box and tap Paste, or type the code by hand, watching for a space copied at the start or end. Redeem it before you deposit, because Springbok's T&Cs do not add a code afterwards.
Cannot log in on your phone?
Login and password problems are not repeated here. For forgotten details, locked accounts and error messages, use this Springbok login problems help desk, which takes each case in turn.
When to contact Springbok support
Springbok's own live chat artwork
If the quick checks, a cache clear and a browser update have not helped, the fault may be on Springbok's side. Springbok's support page lists live chat in the lobby (the Chat button), email to help@springbokcasino.co.za, and a 'Schedule a call' callback booked through the chat. To get an answer in one go, include:
your phone model and the browser you use, with its version
the game's name and what you see, ideally as a screenshot
the time it happened and whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile data
Start with the connection by swapping between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then reload, close spare tabs and update the browser. If one game still freezes, clear Springbok's site data in Chrome or Safari settings; your balance stays in your account.
Why does Springbok video poker say it is not available on this platform?
That is the desktop lobby's Flash notice: Springbok says the game continues on mobile, where the HTML5 version runs. On a phone, switch Desktop site off in the browser menu so the mobile version is requested.
Will clearing the cache delete my Springbok balance?
No. Clearing site data signs you out of that browser and removes stored files, but the balance is held in your Springbok account.
Which browser should I use for Springbok on a phone?
Any current one, by Springbok's account. Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone are simplest because they come with the phone; on an iPhone every browser shares Safari's engine anyway.
